We are currently looking for a Junior Project Manager at Transparency International Hungary

Transparency International (TI) Hungary is recruiting a full-time junior project manager. 

UPDATE: please note, that due to the high interest shown toward our junior project manager role, the deadline for the apllications is modified to Monday, 10 Februrary 2025!

Main responsibility is to manage TI Hungary’s projects. 

Further responsibilities include but are not limited to:  

  • organize various outreach activities  
  • write professional papers and reports 
  • manage and coordinate TI Hungary’s relations with stakeholders 
  • manage and coordinate TI Hungary’s volunteer and internship activities.  

Starting date: As soon as possible 

Duration: Indefinite duration 

The candidate 

  • Has an undergraduate university degree (BA) in law or economics or social sciences  
  • Has excellent project management skills which include, among others, team-working, time management, assertiveness and the ability to own a project 
  • Has good networking and communication capacities, including the ability to continuously keep contact with a diversity of stakeholders  
  • Is fluent in Hungarian and English (spoken, written) 
  • Has good writing skills  
  • Is able to form opinion, take responsibility and work independently to tight deadlines 
  • Is open to new challenges and ready to learn  
  • Is committed to TI’s mission and principles 
  • Has working knowledge of basic IT skills: MS Office (word, excel, power point) and social media  

An advantage for candidates:  

  • At least two years of work experience  
  • Experience in anticorruption field and/or advocacy and/or project management 
  • An MA or equivalent degree 
  • Knowledge of data analysis and data management tools   
  • Experience in and ability of occasional media appearance
