Transparency International (TI) Hungary is recruiting a full-time project manager.
Main responsibility is to manage TI Hungary’s projects. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Carry out people engagement activities
- Create advocacy plans and carry out advocacy activities
- Organize various outreach activities
- Manage and coordinate TI Hungary’s relations with stakeholders

Duration: Indefinite duration
The candidate:
- Has a university degree (preferably MA or equivalent)
- Has minimum three years of work experience on relevant field
- Has excellent project management skills which include, among others, team-working, time management and the ability to own a project
- Is fluent in Hungarian and English (spoken, written)
- Is able to form opinion, take responsibility and work independently to tight deadlines
- Has the ability to oversee multifaceted projects
- Has good networking and communication capacities, including the ability to continuously keep contact with a diversity of different stakeholders of large projects
- Has good writing skills
- Is open to new challenges and ready to learn
- Is committed to TI’s mission and principles
- Has working knowledge of basic IT skills: MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and social media
An advantage for candidates:
- Experience in anticorruption fieldwork
- Experience in advocacy and people engagement assignments
- Experience in management of multi-stakeholder international projects
- Experience and track record in fundraising
- Knowledge of IT and data management tools beyond basic IT skills
- Degree in law and/or in economics and/or other social sciences
- Knowledge of another language beyond Hungarian and English
- Experience in and ability of occasional media appearance
