“I Am Honest Too!” – Transparency International Photo Contest

Transparency International Hungary announces its photo contest titled “I am honest too!”

  • What comes in your mind first when hearing about ethical behavior?
  • What does honesty mean to you?
  • How would you communicate the benefits of corruption-free life?

All photos addressing these subjects are welcome for the contest! Let your creativity free and take pictures!

How to apply:

  • Please send 3 photos at the most
  • Resolution: 300 dpi, at least 4 megapixel (max. 5 MB files)
  • File format: JPEG (.jpg)

Please send your photos to bazis@transparency.hu. (Don’t forget to include your name and contact information in your e-mail!)

Application deadline:
5 May, 2013.

All photos will be publicized in order of arrival, and added to the photo album, “I am honest too!” on Transparency International BASE Facebook page.

End of voting:
15 May, 2013.

Who is going to win?
The winner is chosen by public approval, the photo getting the most likes on Facebook will take the award!

Award:
The winner of the photo contest takes two pieces of day tickets for Sziget Festival 2013.
A public expedition is also possible dedicated to the best works of the contest; furthermore they will also be used in future campaigns of Transparency International.
Data management, privacy rights and copyrights:

By submitting photo(s), the Contestant consent the publication of his/her name regarding the contest.

All photos must:
(a) be the original work product of the Contestant;
(b) be solely owned by Contestant and with no other person or entity having any right or interest in it; and
(c) not violate the Intellectual Property rights including copyright, trademark, patent, contract, and/or privacy rights, of any other person or entity.  Contestant agrees to release Transparency International from any claims for damages of any kind or nature that arise from infringement of a third party’s Intellectual Property rights including copyright, trademark, patent, contract, and/or privacy rights.

Solely original products of Contestants will only be accepted. A photo and the authoring Contestant may be rejected and disqualified at the sole discretion of Transparency International Hungary if the photo, either in part or in its entirety, is deemed to be obscene, defamatory, likely to incite violence or illegal activity, in violation of any third-party’s rights, or is otherwise deemed to be inappropriate.

The Contestant, by submitting the application(s) agrees to:
 (a) disclose his/her name in all print and other media related to the contest; and
 (b) give his/her full consent automatically and free of charge that:
(i) the application can be publicized at Transparency International Hungary’s webpage, Facebook profile;
(ii) submitted works can be accessible by the public at Transparency International Hungary’s events; and
(iii) Transparency International Hungary can further distribute and use the winning photos as part of its campaigns and winning photos can be publicized at Transparency International Hungary’s publications

Transparency International Hungary ensures that the photos is presented with the applicant’s full name.
